Meredith Manor is described as the perfect setting for a special event. It is especially ideal for a combination indoor and outdoor wedding and/or reception. The venue is located in northern Chester County and includes a private ten acre country setting with a pond, 3 icicle white-lighted gazebos, a waterfall garden area, a barn, a brick courtyard and a beautifully landscaped tenting site.

The on-site barn has been converted into a banquet facility for catered events and can accommodate indoor events. The grounds include many aged Oak trees that canopy the setting. The benefits of having your wedding on site are numerable. Our location is also conveniently located near quality hotels, the PA turnpike and other main roadways.

Wedding Ceremonies
An outdoor wedding ceremony area has been prepared to hold ceremonies outside on the grounds. It is a garden party style with many amenities included in a ceremony package including personal assistance the day of the wedding. The two white gazebos are utilized for the ceremony and the setting is completely shaded under the Oak trees. Lighted and bricked paths connect the walkway of the ceremony area with the reception portion of the property. The outdoor setting is under the trees with beautiful flowering landscape surrounding the gazebo and the white garden party style chairs making this an exceptional and memorable venue for your wedding.
Banquet Facilities
For your most special occasion, the barn, brick patio and the bricked tenting site are ideal. The rustic yet elegant decor of the barn is the setting for a comfortable country feeling as part of the event. Our brick courtyard is an inviting picturesque setting, with seating area and low evening lighting surrounded by beautiful landscaping. There is also a fountain for your picture area. Access to the barn, a buffet room and the main bar are features of the courtyard as well. The white tent canopies a brick floor for an outdoor event. It is fully enclosable with adjustable lighting and surrounding electrical outlets. There is also an adjoining tent for the musical area. The landscaping surrounds the tent site and encapsulates this private setting for a perfect outdoor venue.
Catering Services
The catering services at Meredith Manor are handled by an exclusive catering service. Personalized attention to detail and the cuisine make this location a must for your next event. Biannual Open House events are held for the public to tour and taste their way around Meredith Manor. Please look for the dates posted on our website.
